This weekend I'm switching back to one of my top 5 Turbulence Training workouts - the January 2009 2K9.
It has the dreaded Chin-up which I'm just beginning to tolerate - and I bet it will take some time before I get to love that exercise.
The most technical exercise in 2K9 has got to be the DB Romanian Deadlift - it just feels so awkward doing it.
Oh, and if you love DB's then you're going to either love workout C or end up hating DB's - Workout C is a 10x10 DB circuit which will have you break out in a sweat.
